DesChamps, a third-generation Wilmingtonian. The DesChamps name has been synonymous with Real Estate Sales & Appraisal Services in the Wilmington area since 1958, and Red Star Construction Company, LLC continues the tradition of real estate expertise with distinctive home building and renovation services. David’s educational background includes an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Drafting and Design Engineering Technology, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology, and State Certification as a Real Estate Appraiser. The unique combination of technical knowledge and real estate valuation principles that David brings to Red Star Construction Company, LLC is an invaluable service that is not found in other contracting firms.
